- Strategize, create, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and timely posts.
- Writing 100% original captions, producing reels, designing banners/thumbnails, and curating impactful marketing creatives.
- Plan testimonial shoots across India, coordinate with freelancers, and manage content delivery for social media platforms.
- Promote & distribute content snippets across channels.
- Track social media engagement, campaign results, and continuously optimize for better reach and impact.
- Work closely with multiple teams to understand features and align marketing communication accordingly.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
