Your Role

As the brand & content manager, you will lead our overall content strategy, encompassing brand development, content creation, and creative direction. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can harmonize brand storytelling with growth objectives, all while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external agencies. You will thrive in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, building relationships and driving growth.​

Key Responsibilities

Lead Overall Brand & Content Strategy

  • Define and execute Cinch’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.​
  • Develop compelling content pillars that position Cinch as an industry leader.​
  • Own the brand tone, storytelling, and messaging to maximize engagement and conversion.​

Oversee Creative & Content Production

  • Lead and collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-impact campaigns.​
  • Work with the performance marketing agency to align creative and messaging for paid campaigns.​
  • Ensure all marketing and growth assets align with Cinch’s brand identity.​

Drive Organic Growth Through Content & Onsite Engagement Strategies

  • Scale SEO-driven content to increase organic traffic and orders.​
  • Optimize non-paid growth channels—leveraging blog content, landing pages.​
  • Innovate with interactive content, such as plan comparisons, quizzes, and landing page tools to improve engagement.​

Generate B2B Interest & Inbound Leads

  • Develop thought leadership content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, blog articles) to drive inbound B2B leads.​
  • Optimize B2B marketing collateral to improve engagement and lead conversion rates.​
  • Track and measure content impact on lead generation (xx leads/month goal).​

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years in brand strategy, content marketing, or growth marketing.​
  • Strong storytelling ability and communication skills (written/verbal).​
  • Experience leading brand storytelling, content strategy, and creative execution.​
  • Ability to develop and manage high-impact content & creative assets (Across Paid, Onsite, Social, CRM).​
  • Strong understanding of SEO, organic growth, and inbound marketing strategies.​
  • Experience in B2C industries like Telco, subscription services, fintech, or e-commerce preferred.​
