Founded by Ashish Singhal, Govind Soni, and Vimal Sagar Tiwari, PeepalCo’s products include CoinSwitch. The Group is backed by blue-chip investors including Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Tiger Global, Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital India), Ribbit Capital, Paradigm, and Coinbase Ventures.

PeepalCo is the brand name for our Group entity and will house all our wealth-tech brands. The largest of our brands, CoinSwitch, will be housed under PeepalCo, so will our forays into Indian Equities and Mutual Funds.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate independently with concurrent auditor to complete the monthly audit.

• Ensure client onboarding , off boarding and modification process have been monitored and Nill observation during audit.

• Complete the concurrent data submission to auditor before TAT.

• Clarify all observations and ensure NIL observation in Concurrent audit.

• Handle Exchange and Depository, Research analyst regulatory reporting.

• Ensure the monthly regulatory reporting as per calendar have been completed before TAT.

• Ensure Quarterly settlement process has been completed and verified without any observation.

• Process MTF reporting to both the Exchanges on daily basis.

• Ensure Segregation reporting on daily basis to bot the Exchanges.

• Verify enhance supervision data on weekly basis and monitor it.

• Manage half yearly audit data submission and Exchange Inspection data preparation within the TAT.

• Ensure all regulatory submissions and compliance on timely basis without any deviation.

• Manage Stock Broking compliance as per SEBI, Exchange and Depository guidelines.
