Job Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Design, optimize and implement the company’s salary and benefits policies to ensure internal fairness and market competitiveness;
  • Organize salary surveys, conduct data analysis, and propose reasonable salary adjustment suggestions;
  • Responsible for employee salary accounting, bonus and allowance payment review, and ensure that the salary process is standardized and compliant;
  • Manage various employee welfare projects (such as insurance, annual leave, health examinations, etc.) to improve employee satisfaction;
  • Responsible for annual salary review and human cost budget support work;
  • Pay attention to and promptly update laws and regulations related to salary and benefits to avoid compliance risks.

Performance Management:

  • Participate in the formulation and improvement of the company’s performance management system to ensure that the performance system is fair, just and transparent;
  • Organize performance goal setting, process tracking and performance evaluation process to promote the implementation of performance culture;
  • Assist each department in formulating performance indicators (KPI/OKR) and provide performance coaching and support;
  • Be responsible for the statistical analysis of performance evaluation results, support the linkage between performance results and salary incentives and promotion adjustments;
  • Provide performance improvement suggestions and assist in promoting performance optimization action plans;
  • Organize performance training regularly to improve the performance awareness and skills of managers and employees.
