We are seeking a proactive and passionate Community Manager to build, nurture, and engage our growing online community. Your role is pivotal in fostering positive, vibrant discussions, facilitating events, and ensuring a welcoming environment across our community channels.
This role reports to the Content Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
Community Engagement & Moderation:
Actively engage with the community across Discord, Telegram, Twitter (X), and other relevant platforms.
Organize and facilitate community events such as AMAs, live tournaments, game nights, and other interactive activities.
Develop and execute community initiatives, including giveaways, leaderboards, and recognition programs to boost engagement.
Ensure adherence to community guidelines, maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
Provide timely support to community members by addressing queries and guiding newcomers to helpful resources.
Guild Leadership & Development:
Lead and manage in-game guilds, fostering community spirit and promoting active participation.
Identify, mentor, and develop community leaders within guilds to sustain long-term community engagement and management.
Coordinate guild activities and strategies to align with community growth and retention goals.
Content Distribution:
Share and amplify Polemos content strategically within community platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Manage and support the distribution of newsletters, game updates, and reports to targeted community segments.
Reporting & Insights:
Monitor community feedback, trends, and sentiment, adapting strategies to maintain high engagement levels.
Regularly provide analytics and reports on community activity and engagement using tools like Hootsuite.
Collaboration:
Work closely with content and marketing teams to align community initiatives with overall brand and marketing goals.
Key Performance Metrics:
Growth and active engagement across Discord, Telegram, and Twitter (X).
Participation levels in community events, discussions, and guild activities.
Positive community sentiment and overall community health.
Success of engagement initiatives (giveaways, events, AMAs).
Development and effectiveness of guild leadership teams.
Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in community management, moderation, or related roles.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Strong understanding of gaming, blockchain, and Web3 communities.
Proven track record of managing and growing active online communities.
Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and community management tools.
Conflict resolution skills with the ability to foster positive interactions.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) beneficial but not required.
