Structured is shaping a new standard for Bitcoin yield. We turn BTC from a static store of value into a liquid asset that generates sustainable returns and unlocks broader financial utility. Our mission is to deliver real BTC yield that’s scalable, composable, and liquid by design.
The team draws on deep expertise from leading liquid staking protocols and institutional staking providers. We build on proven DeFi infrastructure to create yield solutions designed specifically for Bitcoin’s unique characteristics and structural realities.
During our contributors’ time at Lido (Ethereum’s leading liquid staking provider), Drop (the largest LSP for Interchain assets), and P2P (a top 3 institutional staking provider and incubator of Lido), we developed a deep, first-hand understanding of what it takes to make the largest crypto assets liquid, secure, and impactful within an open financial ecosystem.
Developed by Structured, maxBTC is liquid, yield-bearing Bitcoin that offers sustainable yield to its holders through proven BTC-denominated strategies.
maxBTC is built for composability and optimizes for seamless integration with decentralized exchanges, lending protocols, and fixed rate platforms, while preserving fully transparent BTC exposure that compounds rewards over time. maxBTC is currently in closed private beta and preparing for public launch.
We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to build and run Structured’s community from the ground up. As we move from early access into public launch, you’ll play a key role in shaping the culture, voice, and systems that define how users interact with us and with each other.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with design, content, operations, and the extended Hadron family. You’ll work across teams to help grow awareness, improve user engagement, and ensure consistent messaging throughout the community experience.
