We are looking for a Community Lead to drive the success of our upcoming DEX expansion plans set for Q3 and Q4.
This role will play a crucial part in shaping the success of a new product rollout. We operate lean, so the ideal candidate is one eager to take on responsibility and can thrive in a fast-paced demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
Community Building: Serve as a key community leader for JOE and become the go to individual across key community channels.
Ecosystem Marketing: Help co-marketing efforts with partners and wider ecosystem programs to drive mutually beneficial community growth.
Brand Champion: Uphold brand guidelines and ensure a consistent approach to the positioning and identity of JOE is executed.
Community Minded: You will lead efforts that aim to empower individuals and foster a greater JOE community spirit.
Sub-Community Architecture: Shape and execute the sub-community architecture for Trader Joe.
