What You’ll Do

Community Management

  • Own the daily management of Telegram and Discord, keeping channels active, helpful, and on-brand through moderation, conversation, and support
  • Answer common product and campaign questions, escalating issues to Product, Ops, or Support when needed
  • Plan and host community touchpoints: AMAs, community calls, contest announcements, winners recaps, and event summaries
  • Partner with BD and KOL / Ambassadors teams to ensure partner content lands well in our core community channels
  • Maintain clear, lightweight documentation for channel guidelines, tone-of-voice examples, and recurring playbooks

Community Growth

  • Design, launch, and manage ambassador and community programs that turn engaged users into active advocates
  • Identify and nurture power users, advocates, creators, and potential moderators
  • Build and run community campaigns, and growth experiments in collaboration with the Campaigns owner
  • Develop and execute onboarding flows that convert new members into active, retained community participants
  • Drive participation in trading events, campaigns, and ecosystem initiatives through targeted community activation

Listening, Insights & Feedback Loops

  • Monitor sentiment and conversations across Telegram, Discord, and other relevant spaces
  • Track recurring questions, objections, and ideas and turn them into structured insights for Marketing, Product, and BD
  • Experiment with community formats, engagement mechanics, and programming, and share what works (and what does not) with the team
  • Surface community signals that inform messaging, product decisions, and go-to-market strategy

Collaboration & Operations

  • Work closely with the Content & Communications Lead to bring Grvt’s narrative and product roadmap to life within community channels
  • Collaborate with the Campaigns owner to support campaign pushes, trading events, and growth experiments
  • Coordinate with KOL and BD teams to align on community moments tied to partnerships and launches

Impact & Outcomes

  • Drive consistent growth in engaged community members across owned channels
  • Increase participation and retention in key campaigns, AMAs, and trading events
  • Turn community insights into concrete changes in messaging, product, and campaigns

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

  • 3+ years managing Web3 communities (Discord, Telegram)
  • Proven ability to build and scale ambassador or community programs from scratch
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, asynchronous startup environments
  • Fluent-level English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in APAC languages is a plus!
  • Data-informed: you regularly look at metrics (retention, participation, sentiment, growth) and adjust what you ship

Nice-to-Have

  • Past experience in an early-stage startup or exchange environment
  • Familiarity with DeFi, blockchain, and on-chain financial primitives (or strong curiosity and ability to ramp up quickly)
  • Experience working with KOL and BD teams on community activation
  • Basic design or content skills to support lightweight community assets
