We are on the prowl for more Bears to join us at our Global HQ (AKA Bear Force One)! Being a Bear means you’ll be part of a team building Telegram-native games, bots, and mini-apps — and scaling them into real economies. We are now looking for a Community Growth Manager who will own the engagement, communications and systems that power our Telegram and Discord communities.

You’ll work closely with the dev and growth teams to deploy high-leverage campaigns, handle day-to-day player needs, and keep our channels running like a machine.

Your responsibilities will include:

● Maintaining Discord and Telegram security, permissions, roles, and bot access

● Keeping community channels structured, clean, and up to date

● Fielding player feedback and routing key issues to the right teams and supporting quick and effective resolutions

● Helping onboard and orient new players across TG and Discord

● Creating daily and weekly engagement campaigns inside community platforms – designed for hyper growth and community engagement

● Acting as a the voice and representative of GOAT Gaming, Hosting or participating in livestreams, Spaces, and community events to create an army of supports and community champions

● Supporting live updates, game events, and campaign activations

● Monitoring and reporting on core community KPIs (engagement, retention, churn triggers)

● Proactively keeping the knowledge base up to date and ensuring players and community are well informed and excited about GOAT Gaming.

As a successful candidate, you would have:

● 3+ years in community management with web3 experience

● Deep familiarity Telegram and Discord infrastructure, tools, and settings

● Ability to run community security protocols (role audits, channel lockdowns, bot permissions)

● Strong communication skills across text, voice, and video

● Enterprising attitude with confidence in outreach, partnership building and cross-community engagement

● Confidence running AMAs, Spaces, or going live with the team

● An instinct for player support — knowing communication benchmarks, how and when to engage, hype, or de-escalate

● Terminally online energy — you know where the conversation is and how to redirect it

● Proactivity in spotting problems, opportunities, and making systems better

● A results-driven mindset, with a focus on community-led growth

As a bonus, you would:

● Have experience launching referral or reward-based engagement campaigns

● Have used AI tools to automate or scale community content

● Be comfortable working with Zendesk or similar support platforms

● Have helped scale a community or mini-app inside the Telegram ecosystem

● Have experience with basic bot scripting, moderation tools, or onboarding flows
