DolarApp is looking for 2x Talent Acquisition professionals to build a world-class GTM and Operations functions. You will be working hand in hand with the founders and 2x Talent Leads to not only execute on roles, but also to build the Recruitment function from scratch and allow us to attract, hire, and retain world’s best talent. This is a critical role with a global reach, and plenty of opportunity to make waves and build something amazing from the ground up.
What you’ll do
- Hire A – players: you will work with the co-founders and the executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities, hire the best talent in the world, and create hiring playbooks
- Act like a founder: you will go beyond scope of work and priorities, it is in the DNA of DolarApp to do whatever it takes to win. You love freedom, ownership, and are not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Think like a PO: you will be an owner in building out our Recruitment KPIs, closely monitoring data and making informed decisions about how and whom we need to hire
- Build the Talent team: further down the line you will hire other recruiters to work with you on scaling the team as the business keeps growing
- Scope, plan, and execute People and Talent programs: you will work closely together with the other Talent Lead to not only execute on the hiring plan, but also put in place robust, scalable programs and initiatives to support our future growth
What you’ll need
- A track record leading GTM/ Operations hiring for a Hyper-growth technology startup (+$1b valuation). You will be hiring Operations, Growth, and Business Development managers – in Europe and LatAm
- Full professional / Native Spanish proficiency is key, as you will be sourcing and hiring candidates in/ from Latin America
- An excellent sourcing toolkit – we don’t rely on inbound and believe in reaching out to passive talent
- Strong interpersonal skills, you will be able to connect and build lasting relationships with both stakeholders and candidates
- High EQ, being able to understand what drives candidates and assess cultural fit. You will sell the DolarApp mission to them, and get them excited about the company and our vision. You value candidates highly and provide them with a world-class experience throughout the process
- Excellent organisation skills, being able to manage candidates funnel with maximum attention to detail and due diligence. We believe in providing an excellent experience to candidates, holding their hand through the process and providing actionable feedback
- Resourcefulness, ability to leverage LinkedIn as well as the network of the current team to source potential candidates
- A team player mindset, resilience, a relentless drive and a track record as a successful closer
