About this role:
Crusoe is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Legal Team in the areas of operations, procurement and construction and infrastructure matters. This role will report to our Assistant General Counsel and you will manage the intake and processing of contracts, using a legal contract management platform. You will be responsible for screening and performing initial reviews of non-disclosure agreements and other standard agreements, and escalating contract matters to business teams and attorneys as appropriate. Additionally, you will assist in the development and improvement of contract workflows, manage various aspects of commercial transactions, proof and edit legal documents, and support attorneys in preparing letters, notices, and filings.
Key responsibilities also include organizing legal documents, maintaining legal resources, and providing administrative support to a team of six attorneys. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibilities and contribute to special projects.
What you’ll be working on:
Manage the intake and process flow of contracts utilizing the legal contract management platform
Screen and perform initial review of non-disclosure agreements and other standard agreements from multiple business teams utilizing legal playbooks and contract management platform; refer and escalate contract matters to the business teams and attorneys as appropriate
Assist in development and improvement of NDA and other contract workflows within the legal team and cross-functionally
Assist in the management and execution of various aspects of commercial transactions, including proofing, editing, and coordinating signatures with internal and external parties
Assist attorneys in the preparation of letters, notices, and filings
Catalog, file, and organize legal documents
Update and maintain legal resources, including playbooks and checklists
Assist in other substantive legal areas and special projects as requested
Support a team of 6 attorneys by performing administrative tasks and functions, including expense reimbursement, travel planning, meeting coordination, mailings, printing, and other administrative duties as needed.
What you’ll bring to the team:
Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university, and at least 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior experience in contracts and contract administration and management
Demonstration of excellent written and oral communications skills is required, along with demonstration of a high level of proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Google Calendar and Systems).
Experience with contract management platforms such as Ironclad and AI tools (preferred but not required).
The ability to manage multiple high priorities, adapt quickly, and take charge of a complex and dynamic office environment; strong organizational skills

Compensation
Compensation will be paid in the range of $105,000 – $130,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
