  • Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies in coordination with vendors, construction teams, and finance

  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready commercial and cost records to support transparency and reliable actuals reporting

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with construction, project controls, finance, and vendor partners to ensure efficient commercial operations

  • Support consistent commercial processes that drive cost integrity, predictability, and compliance across projects

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical field

  • 6+ years of experience in Project Controls and Construction Cost Management on large-scale commercial or hyperscale infrastructure projects

  • Experience leading project controls or commercial cost functions on complex construction programs

  • Strong understanding of contract structures, scope management, and cost governance in fast-paced environments

  • Demonstrated ability to manage POs, invoices, and commercial documentation with a high degree of accuracy

  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline, with a focus on audit readiness and cost transparency

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across construction, finance, project controls, and vendor teams

  • Clear communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
