What you’ll be doing
– Accurately input and reconcile financial data into accounting systems and databases
– Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers
– Support the team in basic accounting tasks, such as accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking
– Perform general office duties and ensure compliance with company accounting policies
– Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and accounting efficiency
What we’re looking for
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
– Basic accounting knowledge, including familiarity with accounting principles and terminology
– Proficiency in accounting software and standard office tools, such as Microsoft Excel
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
