We’re building an onchain dark pool.
Dark pools are private exchanges for institutional trading — they’re an important part of market structure in stock trading, and we’re bringing them to crypto. Renegade is DeFi-native; it’s fully onchain, with no trusted intermediaries.
We’ve been live since late 2024, raised $20M+ in venture dollars, matched $300M+ in volume, and have a lean team that works in-person in San Francisco.
About The Role
We’re looking for one extremely organized operator to aggressively push our sales and GTM pipelines.
On a team this small, you’ll have real ownership and a wide surface area. Example projects:
— Own a sales pipeline end-to-end: tracking, follow-ups, next steps, closing loops
— Write and iterate on customer-facing docs: onboarding notes, one-pagers, explainers
— Ship comms: twitter threads, product updates, announcements
— Handle misc operator tasks: contracts, vendors, coordination
You can shape the role: if you want to go deeper on GTM systems (process, messaging, outbound lists), great. If you want to be more chief-of-staff (running execution across many threads), also great. But the core is the same: aggressive follow-through and relentless organization.
About You
You are unusually organized, relentless about follow-ups, and comfortable operating in the founder’s inbox.
You want to work hand-in-hand with the founder at a very early-stage company. You don’t need permission to push things forward. You don’t feel awkward being persistent.
