As part of the Ops Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Morpho’s operational excellence and cross-functional initiatives. This is a highly versatile and dynamic role where no two days will be the same: one week, you might be shaping security policies, and the next driving OKRs and performance management, recruitment processes, and more. You will work on a wide variety of projects spanning operations (Finance, HR, Legal) and broader cross-functional topics, supporting the Head of Operations in navigating complex and often ambiguous challenges. This role is ideal for someone excited about web3 who enjoys tackling diverse topics and can seamlessly collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, including:
Problem Scoping: Identifying gaps and tackling ambiguous challenges by breaking them down into actionable steps.
Project Management & Execution: Support to key projects in operational and cross-functional topics. You’ll not only be involved in finding solutions but also implementing them.
Stakeholder Collaboration: You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations as well as with teams across the company. You’ll build strong relationships and be a trusted partner who supports them.
Information Gathering & Analysis: Be on top of complex topics, researching and distilling insights to help with the decision-making process by preparing clear recommendations and communication materials.
5+ years of experience in Operational roles within a tech startup environment, or in a top-tier consulting firm with at least one prior experience in a tech startup.
Ability to be versatile and dive into new topics.
Strong analytical and structured thinking.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Ability to design and implementing solutions
