The Chief of Staff will work directly with Catapult’s co-founders to help drive the company’s strategic initiatives, operations, and growth. This is an incredibly versatile role where you’ll be exposed to all aspects of building an AI startup.
You’ll be the ultimate problem solver, helping the founders prioritise their time and energy while independently tackling high-impact projects. In this role, you’ll have unparalleled access to learn directly from experienced founders while making meaningful contributions to shape Catapult’s future.

Requirements and experience
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, investment banking, etc.)
Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
High degree of organisation and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple workstreams
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently
Based in, or willing to relocate to London (we are open to sponsoring visas)
In the next 12 months, be open to relocating to San Francisco
Nice to haves
Experience at an AI/ML or SaaS startup
Prior experience working directly with founders or executives
Understanding of AI industry landscape and market trends
