What you’ll do

• Experience in growth for bank card/payment businesses, ideally from Web3 card projects or digital banks/Neobanks. Must also have strong growth channel resources to quickly drive user acquisition and activation.
• Familiar with key metrics of card business (card issuance rate, activation rate, transaction volume, retention).
• Possess growth methodologies: user acquisition, referral/rebate programs, user activation, and tiered operations.
• Familiar with and equipped with growth channel resources: KOL/community resources (Crypto Twitter, Telegram, Discord). Media resources (crypto media/content channels). Growth partners (airdrop platforms, rebate/affiliate networks, on-ramp/payment gateways). Online advertising/placement experience (Google, X, TikTok, Web3 targeted ads).

• 具备增长方法论：用户拉新、返佣/推荐、促活、分层运营。

熟悉并具备以下增长渠道资源：

• KOL/社区资源（Crypto Twitter、Telegram、Discord）。
• 媒体资源（加密媒体/内容渠道）。
• 增长合作伙伴（空投平台、返利联盟、On-ramp/支付入口）。
• 线上广告/投放经验（Google、X、TikTok、Web3 定向广告）。
