Your Impact

As an Automation Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting business growth through technology-driven solutions. In this role, you will:

  • Analyze and address complex business challenges using automation solutions within the Contingent Workforce program.
  • Serve as a technical expert for business requirements and VMS (Vendor Management System) functional specifications.
  • Scale and optimize new and existing systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner.
  • Configure system settings and options to align with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing to validate requirements are met.
  • Define and maintain architecture standards, ensuring application portfolio alignment with business strategy.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and diverse teams across Cisco to deliver impactful results.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with automation tools such as UI Path, Power Automate, and Python.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated skill in collaborating with cross-functional teams and working in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in identifying and implementing process automation opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with limited supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and scalability in business processes.
  • Experience with VMS or similar workforce management systems is a plus.
