We’re seeking a Business Operations team member to tackle tough operational challenges. This is an incredible opportunity to get deeply involved in the operations of a blockchain company from the ground up, build and manage new business lines, and learn how to operate in the fast-paced, dynamic crypto environment.
Support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the core Labs entity and supporting business lines
Manage crypto payment operations and help develop operational procedures
Assist with token and stablecoin management strategies
Collaborate with leadership on strategic financial initiatives
Help build a profitable company and gain exposure to all aspects of the business
1-2 years experience in banking, consulting, or finance roles
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Interest in blockchain/crypto (prior knowledge not required)
