About us:
We believe the next generation of financial services will be powered by stablecoins.
Founded in 2021, our mission at BVNK is to accelerate global money movement.
We’re building stablecoin-native infrastructure so businesses can move value instantly across borders and networks. With global licenses and T1 bank partnerships, we facilitate billions in transactions for enterprise clients like Worldpay, Deel, LianLian Global, and Rapyd.
Our technology is transforming how businesses operate globally by eliminating payment delays, reducing costs, and unlocking trapped capital.
We’re a diverse team spread across EMEA, North America, and APAC, with a shared belief that stablecoins are the new infrastructure layer for financial services, and that BVNK is at the forefront of this shift.
In 2025, we secured strategic investment from Visa, following our $50 million Series B with Haun Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, Scribble Ventures, DRW Venture Capital, Avenir, and Tiger Global. With the backing of these leading investors, we’re accelerating our growth – and we’re looking for smart, ambitious people to help us build the future of financial services.
We’re incredibly honored to have made Newsweek’s list of The Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces three years running (most recently in 2025) and to have been recognised by LinkedIn as one of the Top 20 Startups in the UK in 2024.
About this role in the team:
At BVNK, we aren’t just scaling—we’re accelerating global money movement. Our pace is relentless, and our ambition is limitless. To power this next era of hyper-growth, we need an elite team dedicated to turning complexity into clarity, and strategy into measurable results. This is the mission of the BizOps & Strategy team: to be the strategic execution engine that powers BVNK’s evolution.
We run the operating system of the company – working closely with the Executive team, we focus on three core pillars to drive results: 1) Strategic Planning (defining the company’s next bold move), 2) Cross-Functional Programme Excellence (ensuring world-class delivery of our most critical initiatives), and 3) Operational Scale & Automation (generating company-wide efficiency).
If you are someone who thrives in ambiguity, possesses the intellectual curiosity to challenge assumptions, and has the collaboration skills and courage to hold teams accountable—not for outputs, but for outcomes—then this is your opportunity to gain company-wide, exec-level visibility. Join us to be the force that converts high-level vision into day-to-day reality, building the scalable processes that ensure BVNK operates efficiently at every stage of growth. Your work here won’t just support the business; it will power it.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead the execution of strategic initiatives from start to finish, including defining initial requirements, building delivery milestones, goal-setting and performance measurement, and ensuring effective implementation with regular tracking
- Support company strategy builds and refreshes, translating high-level strategic planning into actionable delivery milestones across multiple cross-functional teams
- Financial modeling and forecasting: partner with FP&A and Corporate Strategy & Development to build product-level financial models, forecasting revenue impact and cost implications of strategic initiatives / new ventures
- Manage prioritised projects and programmes to deliver strong outcomes across short timeframes, leading project teams made up of numerous cross-functional stakeholders
- Leverage data fluency to conduct metric deep-dives, build metrics tracking mechanisms, and monitor performance signals to flag where an initiative is on / off track (including ownership of suggested turnaround strategy)
Operational Scale & Automation
- Lead operational efficiency workstreams (e.g., owning Time Spent studies and friction logs) to baseline, size, prioritise, and deliver outstanding results for cross-functional workflows
- Design and execute process optimisation sprints, targeting an average reduction in time spent on prioritised workflows via process redesign and automation
- Build and roll out scalable operational playbooks, worksheets, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enable teams to self-serve, driving organisational productivity
- Develop a robust sizing framework for projects, to build reliance on data-driven assumptions and improve the prioritisation methodology for strategic initiatives
What we need from you:
- 5 – 8 years work experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably FinTech, high-growth SaaS, or top-tier consulting), with a proven focus on strategy & operations or special projects / new ventures
- Experience in leading complex, company-critical strategic initiatives end-to-end, with a solid track record of ownership and delivering measurable outcomes (e.g., launching an OKR programme, a New Product Introduction process, or a global efficiency drive)
- Strategic framework development: track record of designing and implementing company-wide strategic frameworks (e.g., OKR systems, strategic planning processes, or market opportunity assessments)
- Exceptional data fluency is essential, with hands-on experience in data analysis to define metrics, analyse workflows, measure efficiency gains, and inform strategic decision-making
- Proven ability to distill complex, ambiguous problems into simple, actionable direction, ensuring organisational understanding of the why, what, and when of any critical initiative
- Unwavering ownership and hunger: you don’t wait for direction; you proactively identify opportunities, influence stakeholders to care about them, and measure your success on tangible business impact, not just activity / output
- Intellectual curiosity and the comfort to work with high levels of ambiguity and imperfect data, challenging assumptions at all levels of the organization to drive better results
What you can expect from us:
- Fair and competitive salary at every stage of your growth
- Meaningful ownership in the business through our employee option scheme
- Flexible working hours, with hybrid working at its heart
- A culture built on passionate, growth-minded people
- A flexible approach to holiday
- Opportunities to travel to our offices around the world
- An open and creative environment where you can help us define the future of BVNK, its culture, and its opportunity sets
At BVNK, we are focused on building a diverse and inclusive team. While you may not meet all of our requirements, we’d encourage you to apply if you meet the majority of our expectations. You may be a great fit for this role or another role in our team.
