About Midas
Midas is pioneering the future of asset tokenization by offering exposure to institutional-grade securities and structured products onchain – accessible, global, and compliant. Co-founded by former investment professional Dennis Dinkelmeyer and seasoned serial entrepreneur Fabrice Grinda, Midas aims to bridge the gap between traditional and decentralized finance.

Your Key Responsibilities
In Business Operations at Midas, you will partner directly with our leadership across product, operations, and finance to own and optimize mission-critical processes. You will help scale the company’s operational engine, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Own day-to-day business operations working cross-functionally with our internal functions
- Orchestrate our crypto exchange operations by managing our investment managers, access management and whitelisting’s to enable trading activities
- Run high-priority initiatives end-to-end including new product launches by supporting partner onboarding with go-live deliverables
- Execute and maintain our KYB onboardings & relations with service partners across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions Midas operates in
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with our finance, product and compliance teams on operational processes
- Support internal knowledge management by maintaining and expanding our internal business and operations documentation
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Business (Informatics) or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in business operations, consulting, strategy, program management, or operations roles in a tech, fintech, or crypto company
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced organizations with startup experience being strongly preferred
- Exceptional project management and cross-functional communication skills
- Operational problem-solver able to design systems, processes, and workflows from scratch
- Ability to manage ambiguity and execute independently with a strong ownership mindset
- Structured thinker with attention to detail and eagerness to improve how the business runs
- Familiarity with blockchain, DeFi, tokenization or Web3 is a strong plus
- Fluent in English, German a big plus
- Based in Berlin
