The Business Operations Lead will be responsible for building the operational foundation that enables Plural Energy to scale efficiently. This role spans finance, compliance, HR, and systems—ensuring the company runs smoothly and has the infrastructure to support rapid growth.
Build and optimize core business processes across finance, HR, and compliance.
Partner with leadership to implement company-wide operating systems and reporting.
Manage vendor and partner relationships across legal, accounting, and compliance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Support hiring, onboarding, and team enablement.
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and execution.
3–6 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or finance.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and budgeting.
Proven ability to implement systems and processes in high-growth environments.
Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
Experience in fintech, asset management, or energy is a plus.
