Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and optimization of business proposals, including data collection, structuring, and documentation
• Assist in contract and legal-related processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on terms and execution
• Participate in project execution, supporting cross-functional collaboration (e.g., engineering, compliance) to ensure timely delivery
• Handle daily business operations tasks, including client requirement consolidation, meeting minutes, and progress tracking
• Conduct industry and competitor research to support business strategy and decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or related fields
• Strong communication skills and logical thinking, detail-oriented and responsible
• Good English reading and writing skills (able to handle basic business emails and documents)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong interest in financial markets (US stocks / crypto / technology preferred)

Nice to Have

• Internship experience in brokerage, fintech, Web3, or investment banking
• Experience in project management or cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with US stock markets or the crypto industry
