Your Impact

In this role, you will be a senior data analytics lead responsible for defining, architecting, and delivering enterprise-level data solutions that transform raw data into valuable business insights.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring data-driven decision-making at every step. This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable difference by influencing strategic decisions using data as a core business asset.

Lead end-to-end data analytics projects, from gathering business requirements to delivering actionable insights.

Design, develop, and optimize complex data transformation and modeling pipelines.

Translate business requirements into precise technical specifications and analytical deliverables.

Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.

Mentor and guide junior analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 15+ years of professional experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence roles.

• Proven expertise in data transformation, data modeling, and advanced analytics techniques.

• Strong experience in translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Proficiency with enterprise-level analytics platforms, SQL, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R, Scala).

• Track record of delivering measurable, data-driven business outcomes in large-scale environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent business acumen and ability to understand cross-domain functionality.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Experience with SnowFlake, HANA, SQL Server, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, Cubes, Web Insights

• Familiarity with data governance, data privacy, and compliance best practices.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and globally distributed team environment.
