Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead the business development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set strategic direction, develop business plans, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market reach.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant business tools.
  • Knowledge of market trends, industry regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
