Bybit is looking for exceptional Business Development Specialist to join the Bybit BD team!
Please note that KOL/Influencer partnership experience in the Mandarin speaking market is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry players including cryptocurrency exchanges, wallet providers, blockchain platforms, and other relevant stakeholders to explore partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and enhancements based on market demand and customer feedback.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to onboard new clients, including institutional investors, retail traders, and other target segments, through effective sales strategies and relationship building.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the crypto space.
- Developing new partnerships with media and Affiliates (eg. KOLs, influencers and other local crypto leaders), to attract first-time-depositors and trades;
- Providing timely, satisfactory and trustworthy customer service and issue resolution to Bybit’s Affiliates and users, proactively liaising with Bybit’s internal team, as well as provide improvement recommendations to Bybit management team;
- Being an integral member in executing on the strategy creatively and practically;
- Expanding Bybit’s client base and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
- Enhancing and building Bybit’s reputation and business in local markets;
- Researching emerging Blockchain trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs;
- Keeping up with the latest trends on social media,such as YouTube, TikTok, etc. and within the Blockchain influencer community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in BA, marketing, finance or related field; MBA is advantageous;
- Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain in the local markets, with existing relationship with or knowledge about influential figures in the local ecosystem;
- Passionate about the world of Blockchain and web3;
- Is self-driven, feels passionate about making impacts where the rules are undefined – listening to the market on what is needed and finding ways to execute and make impact;
- Is result-oriented, and does not stop until the final business results and customer satisfaction are achieved;
- With the ability to analyze sales figures and write reports;
- Previously managed and led a team of highly skilled BD or Sales professionals;
