Business Development Manager

With M0, developers can create their stablecoins in minutes by extending $M – M0’s superior digital-dollar building block, and customize attributes such as branding, compliance behaviors, and yield distribution mechanics. By extending $M into their own stablecoin, businesses can monetize their digital dollar use cases and maintain control over their money tech stack, while not being burdened by operational heavy-lifting.

M0 is seeking a Business Development Manager who will play a fundamental role in shaping the future of our organization. Reporting to the Head of Onchain Integrations and the CBO, you will engage directly with prospects and partners seeking to create their own stablecoin, lead outreach to prospective partners, and manage a growing book of clients with a focus on crypto applications, wallets, and chains The ideal candidate has strong familiarity with the crypto ecosystem, DeFi, and multichain landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a book of business across different ecosystem verticals

• Conduct outreach to prospective partners and leads

• Create and execute commercial and partnership agreements

• Provide ongoing support and value generation for signed partners

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the blockchain space

• Strong negotiating abilities

• Skill in assessing and quantifying opportunity size

• Experience in stablecoins a plus
