Your Purpose

With your foresight and excitement about the future of money and the evolution of society, you will power our international expansion, B2B growth strategy and go-to-market execution. You will transform a ubiquitous, borderless and inclusive business model, into a reality.
You will lead the cross-border B2B growth strategy, from target market definition to top-of-funnel lead generation and customer lifecycle engagement, and convert these into accelerated customer growth. You do not need to be an expert in crypto, but you do need to be passionate and curious to learn about the endless possibilities that crypto offers. You must be hungry for the opportunity to change money.

Who You Are
We’re looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Lead who can drive significant growth for our stablecoins, MXNB and BRL1. This role isn’t about managing a handful of large accounts—it’s about building and scaling a high-quality pipeline of active, engaged partners. You’ll be comfortable with a dynamic environment, constantly identifying new opportunities and managing numerous conversations simultaneously.

What You Will Do
As our Business Development Lead, you will be instrumental in expanding the reach and adoption of our issued stablecoins, MXNB and BRL1. You’ll be responsible for generating new partnerships and driving the growth strategy for these key products.
