About Cinch

Reimagine access. Reimagine ownership. Build the future with Cinch.

Cinch is Southeast Asia’s leading circular tech subscription company, redefining how people and businesses access technology. Instead of adding to the growing e-waste crisis, we enable affordable, sustainable access to devices through subscriptions that maximize reuse and extend their lifecycle. We operate across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels, including major partnerships with global leaders like Samsung. Our model sits at the intersection of powerful mega trends — sustainability, embedded finance, and the shift from ownership to access — creating a massive opportunity to reshape the future of tech consumption. At Cinch, we are builders with high standards, a bias for action, and a shared mission to create a generational company that outlasts us. Freshly funded by leading institutional investors and growing rapidly, we’re creating an environment where ambitious people can do the best work of their careers — and where the work has real, lasting impact.

The Role

As we scale our B2B presence and pursue our next phase of growth and fundraising, we’re looking for a sharp, story-driven Business Development Intern to support strategic initiatives and help craft materials that win hearts, minds, and deals. From investor decks to enterprise proposals, you’ll gain hands-on experience in how storytelling, sales, and startup strategy intersect—while collaborating closely with our founders, sales, and marketing teams.

This is a high-impact opportunity to learn by doing, work directly with decision-makers, and contribute to how we engage clients, partners, and investors.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the creation of investor-ready pitch decks and B2B proposal presentations
  • Translate data, business models, and product insights into clear and compelling visual narratives
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform sales and fundraising strategies
  • Collaborate across teams to align messaging with brand and business objectives
  • Assist in managing outreach pipelines and tracking business development activities
  • Revise and refine presentations based on feedback from leadership, clients, and investors
  • Help maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across all strategic communications

About You

  • A current student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in startups, business strategy, and enterprise sales
  • Excellent communication skills—both visual and written
  • Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Canva; bonus if familiar with Figma or storytelling tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Curious, resourceful, and comfortable working in ambiguous or fast-changing environments
  • Bonus: Any prior internship or project experience in consulting, strategy, sales, or startup environments

You’ll Thrive Here If You

  • Love crafting decks that tell stories—not just list facts
  • Can turn complex business models into digestible, visually engaging formats
  • Enjoy working independently and juggling multiple priorities
  • Get energized by working closely with founders and seeing your work directly influence outcomes
  • Want real exposure to how startups build partnerships and raise capital

What You’ll Gain

  • Exposure to the inner workings of a high-growth startup’s business and fundraising operations
  • Mentorship and feedback from experienced founders and operators
  • A portfolio of strategic work (decks, research, narratives) you can showcase
  • The opportunity to work across functions and gain real-world insight into sales, strategy, and storytelling
  • Potential for full-time conversion or recommendation based on performance
