📌 About GRVT
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate (Mandarin-speaking) to support the growth of our user base by onboarding KOLs, trading communities, and professional traders. You will play a crucial role in expanding our network, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving platform adoption for our exchange.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding KOLs & Communities – Identify, engage, negotiate with, and onboard trader KOLs, trading communities, and professional traders to promote and utilize our exchange.
- Partnership Development – Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, signal groups, and crypto communities to encourage ongoing platform usage.
- Outreach & Negotiation – Conduct cold outreach and manage partnership discussions with potential collaborators.
- Growth Initiatives – Support the design and execution of referral, rebate, and promotional programs to attract and retain traders.
- Market Research – Stay up to date on crypto trends, competitor exchanges, and rising KOLs or trading communities.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and sustained engagement.
- Performance Monitoring – Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of partnerships, including user acquisition and engagement metrics.
👤 Qualifications & Skills
- 2–5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, preferably in crypto, fintech, or influencer marketing.
- Solid understanding of crypto trading, exchange ecosystems, and KOL dynamics.
- Active presence or strong familiarity with platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mindset — comfortable with cold outreach and closing deals.
