Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Business Data Analyst at Kratos Gamer Network. The Business Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, creating models, and generating insights to drive business decisions. The role will involve working closely with teams across Gaming, AI, and DeFi projects to optimize user experiences and revenue strategies.

The successful candidate will possess a strong business acumen, analytical prowess, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

As part of your day-to-day work, you will:

● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.

● Analyze data to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

● Provide strategic insights to support key decision-making processes.

● Translate business needs into clear and concise technical requirements.

● Develop and deliver presentations to communicate findings to both technical a non-technical audiences.

● Contribute to the development of data-driven initiatives and strategies.

● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Must haves:

● Proven experience as a Business/Data Analyst with a focus on strategic insights (prior experience in Gaming / eCommerce/AI companies is preferred).

● Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field

● Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business processes.

● Proficiency in data analysis and interpretatio

● Exceptional communication skills, fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

● Skilled in documenting business requirements, use cases, and data models with precision.

● Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization skills with demonstrated

● Ability to handle large datasets, and utilize BI Tools like Power BI and Tableau.
