What You Will Do:

• Onboard and retain traders for products such as futures trading, options trading , stock market broking

• Work closely with power traders to ensure they are growing with the platform and they are adopting to newer product launches

• Support traders with any questions they have and help solve their problems they face while trading

• Track all inbound leads and convert them to traders

• Create a repository of good leads that can be pursued for existing and new products across coinswitch and lemonn

• Present traders suggestions to leadership, product team for building product backlog

• Manage initiatives that are identified to improve trading volume of futures trading, options trading

• Work with dashboards created by analytics team (Tableau/ redash/Amplitude) to monitor the business metrics and publish them to stakeholders

• Work with dashboards created by Tech team (either Openblocks/Grafana) to monitor health of the business and support tech on call to solve customer issues

What You Should Have:

• 2-3 years Experience in working as business associate in B2B/ B2C

• Understanding of the fintech space (crypto preferred)

• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as finance, analytics, product etc.

• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills
