• Call, engage, and close potential sub-brokers, APs, and financial advisors to onboard them into Lemonn’s AP Partner Program.
• Convert leads into active APs by effectively communicating program advantages and guiding them through the onboarding process.
• Address partner concerns regarding commissions, trading platforms, and growth strategies to ensure smooth conversions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with APs through regular support and updates on trading performance and opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass monthly targets for AP onboarding and trading volume growth.

What You Should Have:

• Experience: 1-2 years in telesales, sub-broker acquisition, or financial services sales.
• Communication: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
• Target-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed onboarding and revenue goals in a competitive environment.
• Financial Knowledge: Basic understanding of stock markets, brokerage models, and trading systems.
