We’re looking for a Business Assistant to CEO Payments to join our team
Who are we looking for:
- Fluent Russian & English (B2+ and above) — day-to-day communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in administrative support, FinTech, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing daily administrative and operational support to the management team (managing meetings, calls, calendars and deadlines, preparing and supporting meetings)
- Assisting with scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and documentation
- Operational Business Support (helping prepare reports, presentations, and business materials, tracking deadlines, managing tasks, and following up on action items)
- Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration (supporting communication between departments and external partners)
- Participating in internal process improvements and supporting ad hoc projects
- Executive Support & High-level assistance
