Role Overview:
As a Blockchain Manager at Everstake, you will serve as the vital bridge between our internal teams and external blockchain ecosystems. You’ll monitor protocol updates, communicate changes, and keep the company aligned on technical, governance, and performance developments across dozens of networks.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor blockchain network performance, upgrades, and security updates to stay informed about critical changes.
- Report key network metrics, trends, and updates to internal teams on a regular basis.
- Inform the DevOps team about protocol changes that may impact operations and help ensure a smooth transition.
- Track governance decisions, technical advancements, and industry trends to anticipate risks and opportunities.
- Research and analyze market developments, competitor activities, and grant programs relevant to the ecosystem.
- Communicate with blockchain project teams to stay updated on changes and coordinate necessary actions.
- Share key network updates, ecosystem developments, and insights on social media.
- Engage with the community by responding to relevant discussions and inquiries.
The Essentials:
- Fluent English (C1+), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 1+ years of experience in blockchain ecosystems, staking, or protocol research.
- Proven ability to manage large communities and make them successful
- Ability to express complex technical information clearly and concisely
- Highly empathetic and professional even under the pressure
- Deep understanding of and genuine excitement about the crypto community would be a plus
