Bilingual Customer Service (EU & US Timezone)

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to user queries promptly and accurately via online chat tools such as Telegram, Discord, etc.
  2. Assist in community maintenance and operations, actively address user feedback to foster a positive community environment.
  3. Demonstrate familiarity with blockchain-related information, independently query on-chain data to provide precise answers to users.
  4. Collaborate with the team to optimize knowledge bases, scripts, and service processes, enhancing overall customer service efficiency and user experience.
  5. Engage in cross-cultural communication, aiding in addressing the needs of users from diverse countries and regions.

Requirements:

  1. Must possess experience in the blockchain industry, understanding of contract trading.
  2. At least 1 year of customer service experience, capable of independently resolving user issues.
  3. Prior experience in community operations/maintenance preferred (e.g., Discord, Telegram, etc.).
  4. Language proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), knowledge of Japanese or Korean is advantageous.
  5. Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and patience, adept at efficient collaboration in multicultural environments.
  6. Ability to adapt to EU & US timezones to ensure timely responses to user inquiries.
