Role Overview
As the leading Web3 growth engine and credential data network, Galxe is on a mission to empower brands and developers to build robust, decentralized communities. We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager based in the US. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding Galxe’s ecosystem by leveraging your existing network to bring high-quality partners on board, negotiating strong commercial terms, and maintaining excellent long-term relationships with projects across the Web3 space.
Role at a Glance
Experience Level: 2–3 years in Business Development (Web3/Crypto preferred)
Location Focus: US-based (Remote work environment)
Primary Goal: Onboard new Web3 partners, drive revenue/growth, and nurture client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition: Proactively identify, pitch, and close new partnership opportunities with promising Web3 projects, protocols, and decentralized applications (dApps) to launch campaigns on Galxe.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for your partners. You will not only bring them into the Galxe ecosystem but also ensure their continuous success, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
Strategic Growth: Utilize your deep understanding of Web3 industry trends to identify emerging narratives (e.g., L1/L2 ecosystems, DeFi, GameFi, NFTs) and strategically position Galxe’s suite of tools (Galxe Quest, Passport, Score, etc.) to potential partners.
Commercial Negotiation: Structure, negotiate, and finalize commercial terms and partnership agreements that align with Galxe’s business objectives and create win-win scenarios for our partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure partner campaigns are executed flawlessly and to provide user feedback that helps improve the Galxe platform.
Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales experience specifically within the Web3, blockchain, or crypto industry.
Existing Network: You have a strong, active rolodex of Web3 resources, founders, and decision-makers that you can tap into immediately to bring new partners to Galxe.
Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of Web3 mechanics, community building, tokenomics, and the competitive landscape.
Strategic Thinker: You possess strong commercial acumen and the ability to think critically about industry trends, deal structuring, and long-term business value.
Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You know how to read a room (or a Zoom call) and can translate complex Web3 concepts into clear value propositions.
Location: Must be based in the United States and comfortable working in a remote, globally distributed team environment.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have) Galxe Power User: You are already highly familiar with the Galxe ecosystem. Having used Galxe before—either as an everyday user hunting for credentials or as a project creator running a campaign—is a massive plus.
