What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead business initiative, prioritizing user expansion and growth metrics while managing high-potential financial channel resources.
  • Identify and cultivate potential user growth avenues within the traditional financial ecosystem, including family offices, family trusts, wealth management consultants, brokerage investment advisors, asset allocation firms, quantitative teams, and investment research communities, to establish a robust and efficient external growth network.
  • Develop and implement collaboration mechanisms that align with financial principles to facilitate the adoption of these strategies among traditional financial clients.
  • Provide strategic guidance and resource support to partnership channels, enhancing capacity and user conversion efficiency from a growth-oriented perspective.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and industry developments, adapting strategies to dynamic competitive landscapes and optimizing business progression pathways.
  • Engage in industry forums, financial summits, and professional events to establish and expand a resource network within the financial ecosystem.
  • 以节点返佣业务为核心,围绕用户规模与增长指标,负责高潜力金融渠道资源的拓展与管理;
  • 发掘传统金融体系中的潜在用户增长通道,如家族办公室、家族信托、财富管理顾问、券商投顾、资产配置机构、量化团队、投资研究社群等,打造稳定高效的外部增长网络;
  • 搭建符合金融逻辑的返佣合作机制,推动节点业务在传统金融用户中的落地转化;
  • 针对合作渠道提供策略建议和资源支持,从增长角度提升产能及用户转化效率;
  • 持续关注市场趋势和行业动态,灵活应对竞争格局,优化业务推进路径;
  • 参与行业论坛、金融峰会等专业活动,建立并拓展金融生态下的资源网络。

What We Look For In You

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, marketing, or a related field;
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, as the role will require effective communication with stakeholders in both languages
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial sector, with a strong understanding of banks, brokerages, asset management, and wealth management within the Chinese speaking region
  • With experience in client development, channel management, or product partnerships.
  • Strong user growth orientation, capable of designing tailored growth strategies based on the client structure of traditional finance; experience in servicing high-net-worth individuals or professional investors is preferred.
  • Proven ability to independently advance business initiatives and rapidly implement projects through effective integration of internal and external resources.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, complemented by strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Interest or familiarity with Web3 and cryptocurrency assets is a plus, demonstrating a willingness to engage with emerging financial technologies.
  • High resilience, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, with the ability to excel in business development and client communication scenarios.

  • 3年以上金融行业相关经验,熟悉银行、券商、资管、财富管理等业务模式,具备客户拓展、渠道管理或产品合作经验;
  • 拥有用户增长意识,能结合传统金融客户结构设计适配的增长策略,有服务高净值人群或专业投资用户经验者优先;
  • 具备独立推进业务能力,能整合内外部资源快速推动项目落地;
  • 思维逻辑清晰,善于数据分析、策略制定及跨部门协作,具备较强沟通谈判技巧;
  • 有Web3/加密资产兴趣或了解者优先,愿意学习新兴金融科技领域知识;
  • 抗压能力强、自我驱动,适应快节奏工作环境;
  • 形象专业、气质佳,能够胜任商务拓展与客户沟通场景。
