What You’ll Be Doing

  • VIP Client Acquisition and Management: Lead the identification and conversion of high-net-worth individuals globally, enhancing both the number of VIP trading clients and the overall transaction volume.
  • Relationship Maintenance and Service Enhancement: Cultivate relationships with core VIP clients, driving personalized services, dedicated support, and customized product strategies to increase client loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Client Segmentation and Lifecycle Operations: Develop a tiered system for VIP clients, formulating targeted operational strategies and incentive mechanisms for different client levels.
  • Cross-Team Coordination and Resource Integration: Collaborate with product, compliance, legal, and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and prompt responses to VIP client needs.
  • Market Insights and Strategy Development: Regularly gather industry and competitive intelligence, analyzing trends among high-net-worth users and institutions to drive iterative optimization of VIP business strategies.
  • Team Development and Management: Build and manage a Chinese-speaking VIP business development team, establishing an efficient collaborative framework focused on results.

What We Look For In You

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 3 years in the financial services, FinTech, or blockchain sectors.
  • Familiarity with the cryptocurrency exchange ecosystem and an understanding of the behaviors and preferences of high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
  • Strong client resources and exceptional negotiation skills, with a proven ability to drive effective conversions.
  • Excellent project management capabilities and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to operate proficiently in either language within a professional context.
