Banking Operations – (Bangalore)

Key Responsivities :

Bank Relationship Management – Build & nurture strong relationships with banks and financial partners.

• Act as the main point of contact between Delta Exchange and partner banks

Work with Bankers – Collaborate with bankers to manage seamless transactions.

• Ensure compliance and operational efficiency in all banking activities

Account Management – Handle the opening of new bank accounts with partner banks as required for business expansion.

• Coordinate and track all documentation & internal approvals

Requirements

Proven experience in nurturing partnerships with banks and financial institutions.

Deep understanding of Indian corporate banking and payments ecosystem.

Prior experience working with banks in business, product, or operational roles is a PLUS.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to articulate ideas clearly.

Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in a related domain.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of banking operations and payments infrastructure.

Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.

Superb relationship management & communication skills.

Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Good understanding of financial compliance & regulatory frameworks.
