About the Job
We are looking for a smart and skilled Backend Developer-NodeJs, This role will be responsible for Javascript/Typescript development while providing expertise in the full software development life cycle, from concept and design to testing.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and maintain backend services for our fintech applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience in performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring.
- Actively participate in solving and troubleshooting issues in a distributed services ecosystem.
- Adherence to best coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards and practices.
- Ensure the quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization.
- Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best-in-class technologies.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in TypeScript/Javascript
- Strong Experience with Node.js frameworks like ( Express – Nestjs )
- Strong experience with performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD principles and active involvement in issue resolution.
- Familiarity with either of: Go (Golang) or gRPC or Java is a plus.
- Familiarity with Single-Sign-on or token-based authentication (Rest, JWT, Auth).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
