  • Build and maintain APIs, services, and data models
  • Optimize performance and scalability of applications
  • Ensure security and data integrity in back-end processes
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and team members to deliver seamless experiences
  • 5+ years of back-end development experience
  • Expertise in Ruby on Rails
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
  • Experience with API development and integration
  • Strong understanding of back-end best practices and deployment pipelines
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • Startup experience
  • Experience with Elasticsearch, Opensearch, Redis
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
