Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of designers, strong art sense, ensuring high standards of creativity and execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team and other departments to align project goals and deliver integrated creative solutions.
- Design Expertise: Create standout visual assets that align with campaign objectives.
- Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Produce eye-catching motion graphics and handle simple video editing for digital campaigns and events.
- Event Engagement: Be involved in some of global’s crypto top events, contributing design and activation concepts to engage audiences.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality work together with the team.
- Cross-functional Content Strategy: Collaborate with various teams to develop cohesive content strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 5 years working experience proven as Senior Designer or Art Director in an agency environment with a strong portfolio to showcase.
- Experience: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, basic knowledge in Figma and Capcut is a plus. Experience with motion graphics and simple video editing is essential.
- Required Skills: Ability to manage and inspire the team while maintaining attention to detail in design execution. A collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with multiple departments. Strong analytical and research abilities with an eye for detail, self-motivated with a strong art sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the blockchain, Web 3 and cryptocurrency industries, experience in crypto exchanges is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Chinese.
