  • Manage critical deliverables and performance of onsite vendors providing cost management and scheduling services

  • Support program-level governance by ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent reporting across all projects

  • Partner cross-functionally with construction, engineering, procurement, and leadership teams to support successful project execution

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field

  • 12+ years of experience in Project Controls and Construction Cost Management

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with area- or program-level accountability

  • Proven leadership of program- or area-wide initiatives focused on standardization and continuous improvement

  • Advanced financial and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate cost and schedule performance holistically

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and clients

  • Experience leading teams and managing external vendors delivering cost and scheduling services
