Location: NYC (Hybrid – at least 4 days onsite/week)

We are seeking a skilled Production Support Analyst to join our IT Application Support team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in system monitoring, automation, and incident management, with a focus on ensuring the stability and reliability of critical business applications.
As part of our global support organization, you will work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to manage application releases, troubleshoot production issues, and enhance system performance.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic technology environment and support a wide range of enterprise and capital markets systems.
