Responsibilities

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantitative Researcher to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for leading a group of Quantitative Researchers to support the portfolio manager’s daily work. The ideal candidate should have expertise in deep learning and machine learning models, as well as a strong understanding of optimizing strategy performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Quantitative Researchers to support portfolio manager’s daily work.
  • Develop and implement deep learning and machine learning models to analyze market trends and optimize trading strategies.
  • Research and implement quantitative models to enhance the performance of trading strategies.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to understand their requirements and provide quantitative support.
  • Expertise in formalizing and implementing trading strategies and algorithms by addressing optimization challenges effectively
  • Proficient in developing resilient and scalable quantitative research methodologies, tools, and platforms, covering the entire process from data extraction and analysis to model calibration and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in deep learning and machine learning models.
  • Proven track record of optimizing strategy performance in a quantitative research role.
  • Experience leading a team of Quantitative Researchers is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
