At Dria, we’re building a decentralized inference engine optimized for heterogeneous hardware, alongside a self-evolving AI network designed for large-scale, algorithmic discovery. Our mission is to make high-performance AI infrastructure accessible, open, and useful for everyone.
As an AI Researcher, you will:
- Develop and fine-tune cutting-edge models, including transformers and diffusion-based architectures
- Build reinforcement learning pipelines and data generation systems
- Contribute to open-source AI infrastructure and model releases
- Collaborate closely with a small, high-performing team across research and engineering
- Work autonomously with a strong sense of ownership and technical depth
We’re looking for candidates with:
- A strong research background in AI/ML, reinforcement learning, or generative modeling
- Hands-on experience with Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Familiarity with model fine-tuning, alignment techniques, and ethical AI approaches
- Experience in open-source contributions or collaborative research environments
