We’re developing an inference engine optimized for heterogeneous devices, along with an open-source, crowdsourced AI inference SDK tailored for distributed AI workloads.
Our research is focused on delivering high-quality AI for 8 billion unique lives, with an emphasis on compilers, sharding, peer-to-peer networks, CPU/GPU inference, and data generation.
About the Job:
As an AI Researcher at Dria, you will play a pivotal role in advancing AI research, developing cutting-edge models, and improving user interactions with AI-driven systems. You will contribute to reinforcement learning environments, fine-tuning language models, and integrating AI research into real-world applications. Additionally, you will engage in open-source collaborations to drive innovation and ensure Dria remains at the forefront of AI advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Development
- Assist in research and development to advance Dria’s decentralized intelligence products.
- Contribute to data generation pipelines, optimizing reinforcement learning (RL) and gym environments.
- Develop state-of-the-art generative models to improve output quality and diversity.
- Improve AI-driven user interfaces, enabling efficient data requests and retrieval.
Collaboration & Open Source Contributions
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate AI research findings into Dria’s product roadmap.
- Contribute to open-source initiatives, including code-sharing and collaborative AI development.
- Engage with AI research communities, fostering partnerships and industry progress.
Model Tuning & Ethical AI Development
- Assist in fine-tuning large language models to align with user preferences and ethical AI principles.
- Implement continuous model improvement techniques for adaptive and scalable AI systems.
- Contribute to the development of transparent, fair, and responsible AI models.
Qualifications:
- Strong research background in AI/ML, reinforcement learning, and generative modeling.
- Experience with data pipelines for reinforcement learning environments.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and deep learning frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with transformers, diffusion models, or other generative AI architectures.
- Familiarity with model fine-tuning, preference alignment, and ethical AI methodologies.
- Knowledge of open-source AI development and best practices in collaborative research.
