What you’ll do

• Design operation activities suitable for affiliate based on regional and business growth goals, design affiliate support tools and training tools to improve affiliate recruitment effectiveness, enhance affiliate business capabilities and platform stickiness, and promote transaction volume and user growth brought by affiliate.
• Responsible for the daily operation and management of the affiliate system, develop product operation strategies, optimize user experience, and increase the usage and activity of the affiliate system.
• Understand the needs and behaviour of affiliate through data analysis and other methods, regularly produce operation reports, and drive product optimization and feature iteration based on data.
• Keep an eye on industry trends, analyse competitors’ affiliate systems and operation strategies, continuously optimize the platform affiliate system, and enhance market competitiveness.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in institutional operation, marketing, computer science, etc
• More than 3 years of experience in Product Operation in the Internet or financial industry, experience in cryptocurrency and exchange industries is preferred; experience in Product Operation of affiliate systems, distribution systems, or commission systems is preferred. Experience in Internationalization Product Operation is preferred.
• Possess strong project coordination skills, able to independently promote XFN cooperation, and ensure the smooth progress of product development and operation activities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, good at communicating with various partners and internal teams, with Client Server awareness, able to handle daily issues and feedback from affiliates.
• Fluent communication skills in Chinese and English, able to meet the operational needs of the global market
