Position: Administrative Officer

Location: Singapore Office

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support the smooth functioning of our Singapore office. This role is key to ensuring effective day-to-day office operations, supporting internal teams, and maintaining an efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administration tasks including office supply management, mail handling, and equipment maintenance
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials
  • Support HR and finance departments with document processing and coordination
  • Coordinate logistics for company events, team meetings, and external visitors
  • Maintain and update filing systems (physical and digital) and company records
  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Provide administrative support to senior management as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative or office support roles (1–3 years preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to speak with chinese stakeholders and clients.
