Position: Administrative Officer

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support the smooth functioning of our Singapore office. This role is key to ensuring effective day-to-day office operations, supporting internal teams, and maintaining an efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general office administration tasks including office supply management, mail handling, and equipment maintenance
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials
- Support HR and finance departments with document processing and coordination
- Coordinate logistics for company events, team meetings, and external visitors
- Maintain and update filing systems (physical and digital) and company records
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Provide administrative support to senior management as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles (1–3 years preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to speak with chinese stakeholders and clients.
